Q. Is the Rapidgator solution free of charge?

A. As a completely free user, you can submit data up to 500MB as well as download documents of about 500 MEGABYTES!

Q. How exactly can I upload documents?

A. It’s quite simple. Click the “Upload Files” button, then click “Select Documents”, use Data Explorer to browse, select the data, and click “Upload” after selection. After uploading, you will get a link to download and delete the file.

Q. How can I remove documents?

A. You can delete the data using a special link you will receive after uploading. Also, you can remove documents from the “My Documents” section of your account.

Q. Why do I need to register with Rapidgator?

A. By and large, you don’t need to register, but registration offers additional benefits. You can download documents at unlimited speed.

Q. Is it possible to search data on Rapidgator?

A. No, you cannot search the data on our website.

Q. Can I save personal documents on Rapidgator?

A. Yes, all data you publish on Rapidgator is hidden from others and also known only to you until you share the link to download the file with someone else.

Q. I can’t log in to my account directly, what should I do?

A. If you are unable to log into your account, use the password suggestion feature. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our support.

A. Rapidgator accepts many methods of repayment. A full list is available on the registration page.

Q. I am afraid to purchase a premium account, are you sure it is safe?

A. Absolutely safe. All your information is transferred over an encrypted network. Rapidgator does not collect or store any monetary data from its customers.

Q. I purchased a premium account, but your system does not identify me. What is going on?

A. Please make sure that you allow the use of cookies in your browser. Also, make sure you do not have any software installed that interferes with receiving and sending cookies, or disable the proxy web server. Rapidgator does not recommend using the AOL Internet browser.

Q. Can I send my Premium account to another person?

A. Yes, you can, but make sure that only one person uses the donated account, otherwise the account may be suspended.

Q. My expense account was immediately charged again, but I don’t want this to happen, what should I do?

A. You can disable automatic chargeback in your account settings. After that, the next subscription period will not be renewed automatically.

Q. What data can I post and what is the maximum amount of data?

A. You can post any type of documents (EXE, MP3, MPEG, AVI, RAR, ZIP, JPG, etc.), the optimal document size is 5GB!

Q. How long do you keep my data?

A. Rapidgator offers long-term file storage – one month from the last download for regular accounts and also unlimited for the owners of premium accounts with limited storage. If you ordered costs with unlimited storage, Rapidgator will delete the data 60 days after the last download. Documents that violate copyright laws or consist of any prohibited content will be deleted as soon as they are found. If you discover such data on Rapidgator web servers, we would appreciate if you inform our help about it.

Q. I do not have a registered account with Rapidgator. How long will you keep my data?

A. Rapidgator is a free document storage service and registration is not required. Therefore, even for non-registered users, the retention period is one month from the date of the last download.

Q. Can I delete my uploaded data at any time?

A. Of course you can! When you download and install the file, you will receive a unique link to download and install the data, which you can give to anyone, and a unique link to delete a file, which you should keep for yourself. To delete a file – just click on the link to delete a file! As a registered person you can delete your personal documents using the document manager in your personal account.

Q. What are the limits for downloading and installing documents from Rapidgator?

Q. Why is my upload speed reduced?

Q. Your system reports that I am downloading documents or that I have already downloaded and installed too much. However, I have not downloaded and installed anything! What is going on?

A. The Rapidgator system uses your IP address to count the number of downloads. If you receive such a message and you really haven’t downloaded and installed anything, then you may be using a proxy web server that is being used by other people at the same time. You need to disable the proxy web server. If your company does not allow this, the only option is to purchase a premium account. The premium account is used to recognize users’ cookies, not their IP address.
